Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives.The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information via calls, chat, or email.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts if required.
