Customer Relations Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to support the sales process at our electric scooter dealership. The role primarily involves managing customer enquiries, followups, and CRM coordination to assist the sales team in improving lead conversions and maintaining strong customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
• Maintain and update customer data and lead status in the CRM system.
• Conduct regular followups with prospective customers to support sales conversions.
• Share product information, pricing, finance options, and offers with customers digitally.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead allocation, bookings, and customer updates.
• Ensure timely communication with customers throughout the enquiry and booking process.
• Maintain organized records of enquiries, followups, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, calls, and WhatsApp communication.
• Strong followup and coordination abilities.
