Customer Relations Executive

We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage service reminders, appointment scheduling, customer follow-ups, and complaint handling. The role involves coordinating between customers and the service team, conducting post-service feedback calls, maintaining CRM records, and supporting retention activities such as AMC and insurance renewals. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer focused attitude. Prior experience in customer service or automobile dealerships is preferred.
