Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you are the primary link between our global shipping clients and the complex world of air logistics. Your mission is to transform logistical challenges into seamless experiences. You will manage the end-to-end communication for shipments, ensuring our customers feel informed, valued, and confident that their cargo is in the best hands.


Key Responsibilities


  • Relationship Management: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trust through proactive updates and transparent communication.
  • Shipment Lifecycle Coordination: Liaise with our operations and documentation teams to track shipments from pick-up to final delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of defense when delays or discrepancies occur, providing creative solutions and "saving the day" for the client.
  • Quotation & Support: Assist in preparing freight quotes and ensuring all client requirements (deadlines, temperature control, etc.) are clearly communicated to the airline partners.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback and identify opportunities to improve our service delivery or expand our partnership with them.


Candidate Requirements


We value attitude and service excellence over specific industry years. If you are a customer service "rockstar" from hospitality, banking, retail, or tech support, we want to hear from you.

  • Experience: 2+ years in a high-touch customer service or account management role.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You should be able to explain complex situations simply and professionally.
  • Tech-Savvy: Fast learner of new software (we will train you on our Freight Management System). Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
  • The "Forwarder" Mindset: A high sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure (cargo moves fast!).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience is prioritized.
