Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, including general support and administrative assistance.

Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages and direct them to the appropriate departments or team members.

Provide a positive experience by offering excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism at all times.

Should be able to work in rotational shifts also including night shift
