Job Description
We are seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join our international banking voice support team. This role requires strong communication skills, customer-handling experience, and the ability to work in a structured process-driven environment.
Job Location: Mumbai / Thane/ Navi Mumbai
Working Days: 5 days a week
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to banking queries
- Provide accurate information while maintaining service quality standards
- Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
- HSC or Graduate
- Freshers can apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice process
- Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills
- All documents are mandatory (education, experience, etc)
Compensation:
- Salary from ₹17,000 to ₹61,000 (based on last drawn and experience)
- Night Shift Allowances (for some processes)
- Bonus (for some processes)
