Customer Relationship Manager

1 )Oversee daily operations of assigned properties to ensure smooth functioning and high tenant satisfaction.

2 ) Manage property staff, vendors, and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.

3 )Handle tenant communications, including onboarding, renewals, and conflict resolution.

4 )Monitor property budgets, expenses, and ensure timely rent collection.

5 )Schedule and supervise regular inspections to maintain property standards.

6 ) Coordinate repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance activities.

7 )Maintain accurate property records, agreements, and compliance documents.

Implement policies and procedures to optimize property performance.

Work closely with the management team to improve occupancy and revenue.

8 ) Ensure all operations align with Ansh Accommodation service excellence standards.
