Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively by providing after sales support.

• Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met. 

• Understanding the client queries and respond through Calls & Mails effectively.

• The ability to communicate confidently – both through speaking and writing – with colleagues and clients.

• Resolving Client’s queries in a timely manner with proper resolution.

• Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service. 

• Always ask them for true feedback. 

• Assist with follow-ups and activities to improve lead conversion.

• Individually responsible for all Pending status.

• Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers to ensure continued business.

• Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment. 

• Support the clients about company products or services. 

• Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern. 

• Always available on calls.

• Polite disposition

• Ability of rigorous follow up.
