need guidance in their partner search. We have efficient Relationship Managers who find joy and pride in helping
our members find their soulmates.
Role Overview
The Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for:
• Understanding customer requirements
• Meeting service metric guidelines
• Retaining customers
• Converting prospects into sales
• Assisting them in finding suitable partners This is an in-house sales and service portfolio role. As per client
requirements, occasional in-person client meetings will also be part of the responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Onboard new customers and create comprehensive member profiles
• Understand members’ preferences, expectations, and unique requirements
• Source, screen, shortlist, and facilitate interactions between members to drive successful matches
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring a premium ‘Elite’ experience and high-quality
service delivery
• Manage an assigned portfolio of members through structured engagement and regular follow-ups
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach with active listening and strong service orientation
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• High emotional intelligence with persuasive communication ability
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions
Education & Experience
• Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree)
• 2 years of experience in Service & Sales domain
• Preference for stable candidates with a consistent work history
