Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a focused CRM Executive to manage our sales data, B2B platforms, and customer pipelines. You will be responsible for ensuring our lead management system runs efficiently and smoothly for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management: Implement CRM software within organisation using existing sales data. Handle data entry, lead tracking, and pipeline management in Zoho CRM/Bigin. Integrate CRM with other Zoho products.

B2B Platforms: Manage company profiles, products and customers & respond to enquiries on IndiaMART and TradeIndia.

Data Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel to analyse sales performance, create reports, and maintain clean data.

Pipeline Tracking: Monitor the sales funnel to ensure timely follow-ups and lead movement.

Basic Requirements:

Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Zoho and B2B marketplaces for industrial products.

Excel Skills: Must be proficient in data organisation, formulas, and reporting. Microsoft Office is a must.

Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple leads and platforms simultaneously with high accuracy.

Detail-Orientated: Strong focus on data integrity and process consistency.

Incentive: Convert leads to successful customers to be eligible for the monthly incentive [paid monthly].
