Job Opening: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

We are hiring Customer Relationship Executives (CRE) for our Mumbai locations. This is a great opportunity for graduates who are passionate about building a career in the sales field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-store customer service to walk-in customers
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions related to postpaid and prepaid services
• Promote and sell postpaid connections
• Upgrade existing customer plans
• Handle MNP (Mobile Number Portability) conversions
• Follow up on leads provided by store managers when there are no walk-ins
• Make outbound calls to convert potential leads into customers

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong interest in sales and customer interaction
• Male and female candidates are welcome to apply
• Candidates should be willing to travel up to 1 hour to the store location

Salary & Benefits:

• In-hand salary: ₹16,000 – ₹24,459 per month (depending on Experience & Interview)
• Attractive monthly incentives based on target achievement
