Customer Retention Associate

Job Title: Customer Retention AssociateJob Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Retention Associate to engage with existing customers, gather service feedback, assess product or filter replacement needs, and generate leads for additional services through effective communication and timely follow-ups.

• Key Responsibilities:Contact existing customers via phone to collect service and product feedback.
• Assess customer requirements for filter replacement, maintenance, or upgrades.
• Generate leads for additional services, AMC, or related products.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with service teams for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads.
• Support retention campaigns and contribute to customer loyalty initiatives.
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in customer service, telecalling, retention, or inside sales (preferred).
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
• Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
• Ability to generate leads through relationship-building.
