Job Description
Job Title: Customer Retention Executive - Non-voice / Blended
Location: Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai
Role Overview:
Provide real-time assistance to customers through chat, addressing queries related to stock trading, Demat accounts, and investment services. Ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience (BPO / BFSI)
- Excellent written communication and typing skills
- Basic understanding of stock market or financial services preferred
- Age: 18 to 35 years
Shift & Schedule:
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 10-hour rotational shift)
- 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
Salary:
- ₹19,900 – ₹21,500 (In-hand)
