📢 Job Opening: Customer Service Advisor (International BPO – Night Shift)📍 Location: Mumbai (Malad, Andheri, Thane, Vikhroli, Powai, Bhayandar)
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for leading international BPOs across multiple locations in Mumbai.
- 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries related to products and services
- Provide accurate information and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain polite, professional, and customer-centric communication
- ⏰ Job Details:Night shift (Rotational)
- 5 days working (2 rotational offs)
- Pick-up & drop facility provided
- 💰 Salary:Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
- ✅ Requirements:Good communication skills (English required)
- Customer service experience preferred (freshers can apply)
