🗓 Working Days: 5 Days a Week Saturday & Sunday Off/Rotational off

🕒 Shift: It’s Day / Rotational / Night shift

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 to 40,000 (Based on Experience)

🎯 Job Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Executives to handle customer queries and provide excellent service over calls / emails / chat.

💼 Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.

Resolve queries related to products or services.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.

Meet daily / weekly performance targets.

✅ Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English.

Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

Good computer and typing skills.

Should be comfortable working from office (Mumbai).
