Job Description

As a Hair Coach, you will be the primary support partner for customers through their haircare journey.

Your role involves explaining routines, motivating customers, answering their questions, and ensuring they feel supported and confident every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take calls with customers to explain their regimen

• Provide ongoing support to improve adherence

• Answer questions and guide customers through their routine

• Collaborate with product and retention teams to share insights
