Job Description – Customer Service Executive – InsuranceLocation: MumbaiWork mode: Hybrid (Full-time)Experience Required: 0 - 2 years Role OverviewWe are looking for a Telecalling Executive to drive insurance sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves engaging potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and converting leads into policy sales.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leadsExplain health insurance products and offerings clearlyGenerate and qualify leads through telecallingAchieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targetsHandle inbound queries and convert them into salesMaintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRMBuild and maintain customer relationshipsCoordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentationRequirements0–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales (insurance preferred)Strong communication and persuasion skillsBasic understanding of insurance products is a plusComfortable with targets and a performance-driven environmentBasic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Excel, etc.)
