Job Description

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Senior Customer Service Executives to join our Canadian process team. The role involves handling customer queries with professionalism, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

  • ๐Ÿ›  Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer interactions for the Canadian process.
  • Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
  • Ensure adherence to process guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Provide accurate information and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and support supervisors in achieving performance targets.
  • ๐ŸŽฏ Requirements Minimum 2โ€“3 years of experience in international customer service (Freshers can apply as well).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to flexible schedules.
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • ๐Ÿ•’ Work Schedule5 days working per week
  • 2 rotational week offs
  • Shift timing: Between 7:00 PM to 11:00 AM IST (any 9.5 hours shift)
