Job Description
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Senior Customer Service Executives to join our Canadian process team. The role involves handling customer queries with professionalism, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
- ๐ Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer interactions for the Canadian process.
- Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and compliance standards.
- Provide accurate information and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and support supervisors in achieving performance targets.
- ๐ฏ Requirements Minimum 2โ3 years of experience in international customer service (Freshers can apply as well).
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to flexible schedules.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- ๐ Work Schedule5 days working per week
- 2 rotational week offs
- Shift timing: Between 7:00 PM to 11:00 AM IST (any 9.5 hours shift)
