Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Lower Parel East, Mumbai
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Salary will be based on experience and the candidate’s previous salary)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer concerns
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
