Job Description
As a Sales Executive at Aliens Tattoo, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound, outbound, and chat-based leads into successful tattoo bookings. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring smooth coordination across teams to drive high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales
Handle sales leads through inbound, outbound, and chat-based campaigns.
Convert tattoo-related inquiries into confirmed consultation appointments and bookings.
Conduct effective follow-ups using Zoho CRM and the Ozonetel dialler to maximise conversions.
Consultation & Client Engagement
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client consultations.
Provide a premium experience aligned with Aliens Tattoo’s values.
Build rapport, address objections confidently, and close high-ticket deals.
Retention & Upselling
Leverage existing client relationships for upsells, cross-sells, and repeat bookings.
Coordination & Handover
Collaborate with studio managers and tattoo artists to ensure seamless client handovers and fulfilment.
Reporting & Quality Assurance
Maintain clean and accurate CRM records.
Complete daily reports and adhere to QA guidelines.
Implement feedback to continuously improve performance.
What Success Looks Like
High lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-sale conversion rates.
Consistent achievement of monthly sales targets.
Strong QA scores, high client satisfaction (NPS), and positive feedback.
Zero overdue follow-ups and excellent CRM hygiene.
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive sales skills.
Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Ozonetel dialler, and chat tools like Gupshup.
Strong sense of ownership, motivation, and goal orientation.
Ability to handle objections and close premium-ticket deals.
Passion for the creative industry and a customer-first approach.
