Job Description
Job Description:Offduty India is hiring Customer Service Executives to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience in customer support or call center roles.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the voice of our company, assisting customers over the phone and ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently
- Achieve a daily target of 250 connected calls or 390 connected emails and chats.
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer queries and requests
- Requirements:0 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a call center experience.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Job Details:Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Probation Period: 6 months
