Tech Mahindra- Hiring for Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Voice Process
- Provide Excellent customer service to clients across different time zones
- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
NOTE: ONLY MUMBAI CANDIDATES CAN APPLY
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Undergraduate degree
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply (no prior experience required)
- Candidates with 0-12 months of international voice process experience are also welcome to apply
Shift Requirement:
Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shift, window starts from 7pm to 11am.
