Customer Service Executive

📌 Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Night Shift (Male Candidates Only)

We are looking for Customer Service Executives to handle customer queries, support user accounts, and provide resolution through calls.

Location: Marwah Centre, Andheri East, Mumbai

Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)

Joining Bonus: ₹5,000

Night Shift Allowance: ₹100 per day

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience (voice process preferred)

* Recent night shift experience is mandatory

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally

* Good understanding of call handling etiquettes

Responsibilities

* Handle inbound & outbound customer care calls

* Resolve queries related to profiles, memberships, payments, and account issues

* Provide clear, accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

* Maintain call quality, documentation, and follow-up procedures

* Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or technical support
