Role: Senior Executive – Customer Support

  • 🕒 Shift DetailsDay Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
  • 💼 Role & Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email professionally
  • Resolve customer concerns related to orders, delivery, and services
  • Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and experience
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions
  • Follow company processes and quality standards
  • 🎓 Eligibility CriteriaQualification: HSC / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years
  • Good communication skills (Quality: C3 level preferred)
