Role: Senior Executive – Customer Support

- 🕒 Shift DetailsDay Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
- 💼 Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email professionally
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, delivery, and services
- Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and experience
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
- Follow company processes and quality standards
- 🎓 Eligibility CriteriaQualification: HSC / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years
- Good communication skills (Quality: C3 level preferred)
- Customer-oriented mindset
- 💰 Salary & BenefitsFreshers: Up to ₹18,000/month
- Experienced: Up to ₹25,000/month (₹3.5 LPA, based on last drawn salary)
