Job Description

Location: The role requires you to work at one of our Nature's Basket store outlets, where you will assist customers and provide exceptional service to those who visit the store to shop.


Position Overview: The position of a Personal Shopper is to provide personalized and exceptional shopping experiences for customers, helping them find the right products and enhancing their overal satisfaction


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, assisting with product information, pricing, and locating items within the store.
  • Provide recommendations and assist customers in finding suitable products to meet their needs.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution and a satisfied customer.
  • Handle a variety of tasks, including answering phones, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Be adaptable to changing customer needs and preferences.
  • Build and grow the client base by focusing on strategic selling techniques and communicating proactively with existing and potential customers. 
  • Develop personalized shopping experience for a customers by providing individualized attention along with prevailing knowledge of products and trends. Develop and maintain professional relations with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Stimulate feedback to improve further customized service.
  • Fulfil daily targets of attending to customers, ABV and Sales targets, Gift Card sales targets, etc.
