We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in customer service, showcasing exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and report to management for process improvement.
- Train and mentor junior customer service representatives.
Skills and Qualifications

- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
