Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage client communication primarily over WhatsApp and email. The role involves responding to enquiries, sharing brochures, and ensuring timely and clear communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries on WhatsApp in a prompt and professional manner
Chat with clients, understand requirements, and share relevant brochures and information
Handle customer emails and ensure timely replies
Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, availability, and order status
Maintain basic records of conversations and follow-ups when required
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Requirements:
Comfortable using WhatsApp Web and email for professional communication
Good written communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
Organised and detail-oriented
Prior customer support or client handling experience is preferred but not mandatory
Work Setup: Laptop will be provided by the company
