Job Title: Customer Service Executive – State Helpline

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai

Age Limit: Up to 30 Years

Language Requirement: Marathi (Compulsory)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle queries from citizens for a State Helpline. The candidate will be responsible for responding to calls, understanding citizen concerns, and providing accurate information or guidance in a polite and professional manner. Fluency in Marathi is mandatory as most interactions will be with local citizens.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls from citizens on the state helpline.
  • Understand and resolve citizen queries related to government services and schemes.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to callers.
  • Register complaints, requests, or feedback in the system.
  • Maintain proper call records and documentation.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the concerned department or supervisor.
  • Ensure professional, polite, and empathetic communication with callers.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service guidelines.
  • Eligibility CriteriaAge: Up to 30 years
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • Language: Marathi (Mandatory), Hindi and basic English preferred
  • Experience: 0–2 years in customer service / call center / helpline support (freshers may also apply)
  • Required Skills Excellent Marathi communication skills
  • Good listening and problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Ability to handle citizens politely and patiently
  • Ability to work in a team and handle high call volumes
