Role: Customer Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries efficiently
- Provide accurate information and resolution
- Maintain high standards of customer service
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate with minimum 6 months of BPO experience
- Excellent communication skills
Salary:
- 32,000 CTC
- 26,000 In-hand
Shift Details:
- Rotational shifts between 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Week Off:
- Any 2 days rotational week off
