Process: HSBC Arrow (Inbound)

Role: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and resolution
  • Maintain high standards of customer service

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate with minimum 6 months of BPO experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary:

  • 32,000 CTC
  • 26,000 In-hand

Shift Details:

  • Rotational shifts between 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Week Off:

  • Any 2 days rotational week off
