Customer Service Executive – US Banking Voice Process
📍 Location: Malad / Thane (Mumbai Only)
💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month + ₹1 Lakh Retention Bonus
🕒 Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM – 9:30 AM | Any 9 hours)
📅 Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
📌 Job Description:
We are hiring for a US Banking Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction over calls.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
* HSC / Graduate
* Minimum 1 year International BPO Voice experience (Mandatory)
* Excellent English communication skills

* Immediate joiners preferred
* Candidates must be from Mumbai only
