Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for multiple international processes. The role involves assisting customers with queries, providing solutions, and delivering an excellent experience across banking, telecom, billing, and customer retention functions


Location: Malad / Andheri / Thane / Airoli / Ghansoli / Vikhroli / Bhayander

Shift: Rotational / US / UK / AUS

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹60,000 (based on experience & last drawn)

Employment Type: Full-time

Mode: Voice & Non-Voice

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, chats, or emails professionally
  • Resolve customer queries related to billing, accounts, services, or technical issues
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain customer records and update systems regularly
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance standards
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets (quality, productivity, CSAT)

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory; regional languages a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with patience
  • Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: HSC / Graduate (any stream)
  • Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
  • Age: 18+
