Job Description
📞 Process: Inbound Customer Service (Pure Banking Process)
🎓 Qualification:
- HSC or Graduate
- Freshers & Experienced both can apply
🗣️ Communication Quality:
- Versant Score: Level 3 or 4
💰 Salary Details:⭐ Fresher:
- ₹16,200 Net
- ₹20,000 CTC
⭐ Experienced:
- ₹17,500 Net
- ₹22,000 CTC
🌙 Night Shift Allowance:
- ₹120 per night
- Approx. ₹3,600 monthly (added to salary)
🕒 Shift: 24/7 Rotational🗓️ Week Off: 1 Rotational✔️ On-time Salary: Every month on the 5th
