Description

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service and will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  1. Manage customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods/tools.
  3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
  5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
  6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided.



Skills and Qualifications

  1. 1-6 years of experience in a customer service role or related field.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  4. Proficient in using customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  5. Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts effectively.
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
