Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team, specializing in selling loan products via phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our loan offerings, handling customer queries, and converting leads into successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads to promote and sell loan products.
• Understand customers’ financial needs and suggest appropriate loan solutions.
• Provide detailed information about loan types, eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update lead status in the CRM system.
• Follow up regularly with leads to improve conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with the back-office team to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
• Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills over the phone.
• Basic understanding of loan products and financial services (training will be provided).
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in tele-sales, customer service, or loan sales is a plus.
