Job Description – Customer Service Representative (CSR) 

Eligibility

* Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers and deliver excellent customer service

* Explain and demonstrate games to customers clearly and confidently

* Handle cashiering, billing, and payment transactions accurately

* Ensure a pleasant and engaging customer experience at all times

Working Hours & Schedule

* 9-hour shift per day

* 1 weekly off

* Public holidays and weekends are working days

Shift Timings

Female (Rotational Shifts):

* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

* 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

* 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

* 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Male (Rotational Shifts):

* 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

* 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

* 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

* 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Important: Candidates must be available for all shifts during the first 15 days of joining.
