Process: HSBC Arrow - inbound process+upselling


Experience :Graduate with 6 months experience in BPO

Shift timing: 6.30 am to 8:30 pm in between 9 hrs shift

5 days working 2 rotational week off

Salary: CTC : 32000CTC   In hand: 27000
