Customer Success & Sales Executive (Revenue-Focused Role)

We are looking for a highly driven individual who can convert customer conversations into revenue.

This is NOT a backend support role.

This role is focused on sales, follow-ups, and closing orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and convert incoming leads and abandoned checkouts
• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp and calls
• Follow up with potential customers until closure
• Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
• Maintain daily tracking of leads and conversions

What we are looking for:

• Strong communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
• Comfortable with calling and sales targets
• High ownership and follow-up mindset
• Ability to handle pressure and rejections

Compensation:

Fixed salary + High performance-based incentives
