Female Telecaller – Customer Enquiry & Follow-up

We are hiring a Female Telecaller to manage incoming customer enquiries and follow-up calls for our wellness and healthcare products. The role requires clear communication in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English to guide customers, resolve queries, and support order confirmation.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product enquiries
• Make outbound follow-up calls to interested leads
• Explain product information clearly (training will be provided)
• Communicate confidently in Hindi and Marathi
• Assist customers with order booking and payment guidance
• Maintain call logs and customer details in CRM / Excel
• Follow up via phone calls and WhatsApp
• Ensure customer satisfaction with polite and professional communication
• Meet daily calling and follow-up targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:Female candidate preferred

• Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is mandatory
• Basic English communication preferred
• Pleasant voice and good phone etiquette
• Ability to convince and build customer trust
• Basic computer knowledge (calling system, WhatsApp, Excel)
• Telecalling / Customer support experience preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
