Job Role: Customer Support Executive (Blended Process – Email, Chat & Calls) ZEE5 (Global OTT Platform)
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a blended profile (Email, Chat & Calls) to provide exceptional service to ZEE5 users. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in customer support or BPO roles.
Requirements:
- Gender: Male candidates only
- Education: Any graduate or undergraduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Candidates with Customer Support / BPO background and Versant 5 score are preferred (mandatory for at least 10 candidates)
- Communication: Excellent English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Availability: Immediate joiners only
- Shift DetailsNight Shifts Only:
- 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Week Off: 1 rotational week off
- CompensationSalary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
- Additional InformationNo pick-up or drop facility provided
