Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a blended profile (Email, Chat & Calls) to provide exceptional service to ZEE5 users. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in customer support or BPO roles.

Requirements:

• Education: Any graduate or HSC Pass
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Candidates with Customer Support / BPO background and Versant 5 score are preferred (mandatory for at least 10 candidates)
• Communication: Good Communication Skills Required
• Availability: Immediate joiners only

Shift Details

• Night Shift For Female:
• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 AM
• 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Night Shift For Male:
• 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM
• 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Week Off: 1 rotational week off

Salary: Upto 25,000 Inhand
