Job Title: Customer Support Associate – BPO

Process: International or domestic voice process

Qualification: Graduate 

Salary: 21 k o 35 k

Location: (Andheri/malad/Thane/Navi mumbai)

Required: Excellent communication skill 

Fresher and Experience both can apply (1 yr of exp in BPO sector)

Shift: Rotational week off & Rotational shift

Working day’s: 5 days working

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
