Job Overview: As a Customer Support Executive at Borzo, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and issues, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, delivery issues, and service inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer concerns to improve services.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members as needed.
  • Stay updated on Borzo services, policies, and industry trends to effectively support customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
