Job Title: Customer Support Representative

CTC: ₹4.8 LPA

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Shift: General Shift

Education: Graduation Mandatory


Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative with strong exposure to field-based processes, specifically within civil engineering, waterproofing, and real estate operations. The role involves coordinating between customers, site teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of services and high customer satisfaction.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for customers regarding field-related service queries and support.
  • Coordinate with field engineers, site supervisors, and vendors for inspection, execution, and closure of waterproofing and civil-related issues.
  • Handle customer interactions related to real estate projects including complaints, follow-ups, updates, and resolution tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, site visits, work status, and customer communication.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues in line with defined SLAs.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with process standards.
  • Provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders on job status and closures.
  • Support post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in customer support roles involving field processes.
  • Hands-on exposure to civil engineering or waterproofing projects (mandatory).
  • Experience in real estate processes will be a strong advantage.
  • Ability to understand technical/site-related issues and translate them clearly to customers.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and handling field escalations.
  • Educational QualificationGraduation is mandatory (any discipline).
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with prior experience in real estate, construction, civil, or waterproofing services.
  • Local candidates preferred due to Malad location.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a general shift environment.
