Customer Support Executive

·        Generate leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.

·        Identify & Engage with prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.

·        Conduct mass mailing and maintain accurate records of all communication.

·        Understand company products/services and effectively communicate their value.

·        Handle incoming orders and information requests efficiently.

·        Develop and refine email content/pitches as needed.

·        Maintain and update customer information daily.

·        Schedule appointments for sales representatives with prospective or inactive customers.

·        Conduct outbound telemarketing to encourage customer engagement.

·        Perform database cleansing to ensure accuracy of contact details.
