(Join us as a Customer Support executive with Strong Verbal and Email Communication Skill required.)

We are hiring!! Associate | Real Estate

📍Location : Aspee Malad, Mumbai


Key Responsibilities:

Communicating effectively with clients, potential buyers, and internal teams.

Addressing customer concerns and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey (sales, post-sales, handover).

Maintaining accurate records and managing follow-ups (CRM or MIS).


Must Haves:

Minimum 1 Year Experience in customer query handling or any BPO voice experience.

Excellent Communication is a Must.

Under-Grad can also apply

Salary - 27k to 33k CTC

Shifts - Day rotational shifts (8AM to 8PM any 9 hours shift including 1hour of break)

Work specific - 6Days working rotational

Qualifications and Skills:

✔️Strong communication skills (often in English and hindi language).

✔️Enthusiasm for customer satisfaction and service.

✔️Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

✔️Relevant experience in customer handling, sales, or the real estate industry may be required depending on the seniority of the position.
