Customer Support Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, system updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

• Proven experience in a customer service or support role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
