Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Vikhroli(W), Mumbai

Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and customer-focused professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience
- Adhere to company policies, service standards, and SLAs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in [industry-specific support, e.g., IT, e-commerce, telecom]
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and customer support software
- Multilingual skills (a plus)
