Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Graduate with a mandatory background in customer support to join us as an L1 Technical Support Executive. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy and capable of handling a steady flow of customer queries with high-quality resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Assistance: Provide L1 support for computer hardware and various operating systems, including Windows and Mac.

• Call Management: Successfully manage and resolve 35–40 customer calls daily.

• Quality Resolution: Ensure every customer interaction results in a proper and professional resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of mandatory experience in a customer support environment.

• Technical Literacy: Practical knowledge of computers, OS, and different versions of Windows and macOS.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi at an intermediate level is required.

• Bonus Skills: The ability to speak any South Indian language is considered a significant advantage.
