The role involves designing itineraries, booking transportation and accommodation, managing client queries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

• Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and operate domestic and international tour packages.
• Prepare day-wise itineraries, costing, and travel schedules.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport companies, and local guides.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed tour information, and resolve issues.
• Manage bookings, confirmations, and documentation.
• Ensure all travel arrangements are delivered on time and as promised.
• Promote tour packages through online and offline platforms.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication before, during, and after the tour.
• Collect feedback from travellers and improve services accordingly.
