⢠Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM ā 6:30 PM)
⢠2nd & 4th Saturday Off
⢠All Sundays Off
⢠Holidays as per Bank Calendar

ā Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally
ā Understand customer queries and route to the correct department
ā Provide accurate information and timely resolution
ā Maintain proper records of all interactions
